I’ve been working with Roman’s Plumbing for over 13 years for both repairs and improvements, and they’re the only plumbing company I trust with my home. Every time I call them, I know the work will be top quality and done right the first time. Communication and scheduling are always fast and easy — they’re quick to respond, show up when they say they will, and keep me updated throughout the process. What I appreciate most is their professionalism and care. They always wear shoe booties, lay down protective blankets, and leave the work area spotless. Our family has worked with Roman for nearly 19 years, across two different homes, and he is truly the only plumber we trust. We have worked with Roman and his team for decades and for many different properties. From the outset Roman has exhibited the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail and customer care. I remember one Mother's Day, on a weekend, our water heater was leaking and Roman moved all his plans around to be able to take care of the problem for us. He is meticulous in his work and never takes a short cut. His charges are always fair and communicated before he starts the project. He has assembled a wonderful team working in the field and in the office.
