We just moved up to Petaluma, and Roman's Plumbing came to our rescue when another plumber ghosted us to install the required smart water leak detection for our home with days to spare before our paperwork deadline for our home insurance policy. Roman came out after work on a Friday to give us an estimate, and was able to order the parts and book us in for installation on Tuesday so we could meet our insurance requirements. Pricing was fair, and customer service was top-notch. Monica was regular with her communication regarding arrival windows (which was only 1 hour compared to most 2-4 hour windows) and the work was done swiftly. Roman and team were so friendly and accommodating, and I know they will be our go-to plumbers for any plumbing work moving forward. Thank you, team!

After our Tankless water heater suddenly sprung a leak and was apparently at its end, I contacted Roman's Plumbing to see if it could be fixed or if I needed to replace it. Roman himself arrived later in the afternoon and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. after discussing the replacement, I decided to go back to a Tank water Heater, which required making some changes to the plumbing itself, as well as installing the new Tank. To my suprise, he had availability in his schedule and got the whole job done the next day. Super Friendly. Super Competent. I'm not going anywhere else for my plumbing needs !

We have worked with Roman and his team for decades and for many different properties. From the outset Roman has exhibited the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail and customer care. I remember one Mother's Day, on a weekend, our water heater was leaking and Roman moved all his plans around to be able to take care of the problem for us. Roman’s Plumbing is the most organized, client centered companies I have come across. From the moment you call “for help” to the completed job, both Roman and the Eleni will keep you, the client, in the loop about their whole process. It is very apparent that Roman’s Plumbing’s goal is to make sure their clients know and understand their costs, the date and time of your appointment and at the job’s completion what exactly Roman did. For twenty years my Dad lived alone. He always called Roman to help with plumbing repairs. We (Dad’s out of state family) knew with certainty Roman would take great care of him. And Dad loved “visiting“ with Roman. In Dad’s later years, when he needed a bit more explanation of the plumbing issues, Roman was kind and patient with him. When it became time to sell Dad’s house, we called Roman to fix the plumbing issues called out in the home inspection report. What I appreciated is that Roman took each issue noted by the home inspector and gave us as his expert opinion. There was an issue that in his opinion did not need to be addressed. As a realtor, I do know that this is often the case. I am impressed with Roman’s transparency and honesty. Roman repaired the plumbing problems quickly and efficiently.
