We had a slight issue with the main drain at a duplex in Castro Valley. The team showed up a little early and was really helpful in diagnosing the issue and offering a solution to fix it. There was no hidden fee or strange upselling technique. Everything was really clearly outlined and the costs were clearly explained. The costs were also reasonable. It came to 120 dollars to clear the drains. So far the drains are working as they should. From my seat this company is fair and honest and I would give them my highest recommendation for drain clogs and diagnosis of the like. I did not leverage any of their other services but from what I experienced they would probably handle it in much the same way. Fella who came and helped me was Franky and Juan. Excellent service. Ask for those two if you need help. They were good.
The tech left one of the toilets off of the mainline & the service was not cleaned up afterwards. It felt like we were being upsold just to complete the job professionally. In the middle of the service the bathroom began to flood & my husband all the while was helping him complete the job aswell as clean up after him.
Freddy was absolutely outstanding! He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently with excellent attention to detail. His workmanship was top-notch, and he left the area clean when he was finished. It's not often you find someone so reliable and honest. I highly recommend Freddy to anyone looking for a skilled plumber. Thank you for the exceptional service!
Ricardo helped me with a clogged bathtub and an issue with our main sewer drainage line. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and efficient. He quickly identified the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. You can tell that Ricardo is very knowledgeable and experienced in his trade. He worked diligently, answered my questions, and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. I am very happy with the quality of his work and his professionalism throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Ricardo to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Thank you, Ricardo!
