The tech left one of the toilets off of the mainline & the service was not cleaned up afterwards. It felt like we were being upsold just to complete the job professionally. In the middle of the service the bathroom began to flood & my husband all the while was helping him complete the job aswell as clean up after him.
I called rooter hero and they sent over Eric and Juan Ponce. They helped with some of my drain line issues and were very informative and professional. I would and will be recommending them to anyone and definitely rate the service with five stars all around. Satisfied and pleased with the professionalism they both gave us. Thank you!
Mr. Omar did I great job. From the initial contact with Customer Service Rep. Grace, to Omar , the Plumber Technician , I would rate this organization "Excellent". Omar worked on the problem after hours and explained everything to me and again with the landlord. I could tell the landlord had trust in him and so did I. He did a fine job and solved a problem I have been dealing with for months which recently became bad and nothing seemed to be improving without a professional intervening. God bless "Rooter Hero".
