Great job of rebuilding a 1958 redwood tank. They always call before any problems that may arise. They are trustworthy and honest company.
These guys were Excellent! They originally came highly recommended by Lane's Plumbing, who referred us to their services, as they were more equipped for our specific plumbing needs. We were promptly contacted by RooterMan and they made the effort to come the same day. Michael and his associate, Renee, got straight to business; they knew exactly what to do, and how to problem-solve our issues. They were kind, professional, efficient, and Renee even took the time to wipe down their work area! Now that’s excellent service that goes above and beyond the expectation! We love to support Locally-owned family businesses that truly earn high praise for their dedication to their craft, and serve our community so well! We need more tradesmen like them!
So thankful for the Rooter Man team! The owner is one of my customers and when my family was having issues with our plumbing, and I was tired of calling the guy my dad recommended, after 2 failed attempts. I called Rooter Man. The receptionist heard my concerns and sent someone out to check out what was going on. My dad was extremely impressed with the initial appointment. It turned out to be a much bigger issue that a simple clog. They brought out a camera to check out what was going on. Since we had to have more work done they made a recommendation on getting things cleaned up and after that was done they came in replaced the pipes in one day! My dad enjoyed sharing stories about our cats and the gentleman that was here. Sorry I don't recall the name. But needless to say we will be calling again with any future work that we need on our plumbing and such. Thank you so much! We cannot thank you enough!
It was a great experience from the start, speaking with Laura who gave us the great news that they could send out a plumber within an hour during an emergency laundry room backup. Jason helped my husband move the washer and dryer away from the wall to make sure we got all the water off the floor and offered us the hydro pressure cleaning option to completely clear out the pipes as opposed to just snaking out the gunk from boring through the middle of the pipes. He was friendly and efficient and we’d highly recommend this company.
Impressed with customer service and expertise of the plumber who arrived timely and spent time with me to explain my options and why. I felt that this plumber was extremely capable and trustworthy as he reviewed my unusual plumbing configurations.
