This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. What started out with a 6pm on-site, didn't finish until 12:30am. This job should have been a simple 2-2 1/2 hr job. I have never had any professional company rep in my house that cursed so much. It was extremely appalling and quite shocked. The amount of debris that was left over was was insane. There was no covering of my kitchen floor. Power tools propped up against my glass door wine fridge and stove. Sink drain that was aligned, is now out of alignment, floor mat completely ruined. 1 star because the water now drains properly. I am sure there are good techs out there, but I should not have to take a day off work to clean up filth that was left over. Will be filing a complaint and requesting cleaning, item replacements, and drain fixing credit back.
We were in a pickle and called Roto-Rooter and Sayed came by in like 15 min. Let me tell you how thorough this guy was… not only did he come and fix the problem. He assessed and went step by step explaining potential issues and fixes. Then as he provided the service it was a “you can do it or not” situation. No hassles. But we knew the way he explained the scenario he was right. 30 min later problem resolved! Thanks brother
Sayed was such an amazing technician. The restaurant I work at was having some drainage issues and he came by quickly (on short notice), snaked our drains, hyrdojetted our lines, and ran a camera line down the pipe to address and actually deal with the issue without any interruption to our service. I will not use any plumbing company other than roto-rooter after this experience. They were amazing.
The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. After inspecting the issue, he explained the problem in simple terms and discussed the repair options before starting any work. I appreciated the honesty and transparency regarding pricing and the estimated time needed for the repair. There were no hidden charges or unnecessary upselling.
