I was fooled by the google reviews into thinking this might be a good shop but I was absolutely scammed. I called and asked them to order a battery to replace in my macbook air. They took 4-5 days to get the battery and then 1 day to replace it, which was fine as an experience. However, my laptop battery issues were never fixed. It wouldnt retain power and it would overheat. I brought up my concerns to them and they told me they would charge me for a diagnosis and perhaps it was a motherboard issue. My laptop is less than 5 years old. I thought this was odd, especially since my personal computer was only telling me I had battery issues in the system. I brought it to an apple store and they told me they gave me a FAKE battery that doesnt even fit in my battery slot!! The reason it wasn't keeping charge was because it didn't even fit in the port properly! $160 wasted!
