This is a terrible company. Called them this morning to set up an appointment, the receptionist was rude and wouldn't give any kind of time frame as to how soon they would be able to come out. No idea how a company stays in business with this sort of customer service.
Shan, the owner is a great guy. He has just finished a job on my commercial property and did a great job. He was very responsive , punctual. He gave me free consultation at first and when I signed the lease (3 weeks later) I gave him a call and he came back with guys and started the work right away and the result was beautiful. If you are looking for a experienced and trustworthy plumber, this is your guys. Don’t waste your time with others. Time is money. Best Regards
Our kitchen sink was clogged, call sf plumbing and Sean sent out a plumber And he had sink unclogged and cleaned sink Cleaner than it’s ever been. Very professional
I left a negative comment other day without knowing why we had not got a call back... I want to apologize for that comment... Barbara was out with the flu and she is the Only one in office.. I spoke with her and received what we needed immediately. Once again I apologize for jumping to a negative conclusion... Customer service is best it can be with only 1 person in office.
