I hired this company to replace my tank water heater with a tankless unit. After the installation, the kitchen only had hot water, while the shower only had cold water. To make matters worse, they left a mess in my laundry room after installing the vent termination. When I asked them to come back and fix their work, they drilled several holes in my garage ceiling, then admitted they had no idea what was causing the problem. They left without fixing anything, leaving the holes open and the insulation exposed. Update: The company threatened to file a claim against me for the hole they drilled themselves, despite the fact that I had already paid $1xxxx for their service.

I had a good experience with Shoreway Plumbing. A shower valve in my rental property failed and I needed to have it replaced fairly quickly. The water for the entire house had to be shut off while the repair was done becuase the valve was old and did not have a local shutoff valve. The job was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price.
