We recently hired Shoreway Plumbing to replace all the old galvanized piping in our home with brand-new Type L copper piping, and we could not be happier with the results! From the start, Service Manager Abraham was incredible to work with. He addressed a few initial concerns I had right away, straightened everything out, and got our project scheduled to start almost the very next day. Throughout the entire two-day installation, Abraham stayed in constant communication to make sure everything went smoothly. On-site, Team Lead Cesar did a fantastic job keeping the work running seamlessly. His leadership really stood out—he managed the project effortlessly and stepped in to support everyone across the job. The entire crew (Ruven, Vidal, Max, Albaro, and Francisco) demonstrated impressive teamwork, constantly helping each other out whenever and wherever needed. They replaced our entire water line system starting from the main shut-off valve by the garage, running new copper through the crawlspace to all our fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen, backyard hose bibs, and water heater. They brought our water heater up to code by placing it on a proper stand, installed a new 3/4-inch pressure regulator, hammer arrestors, a laundry box with a drain, new angle stops under every sink and toilet, and upgraded our shower valve to a new Moen system. Before wrapping up, they flushed our water heater, patched all drywall access cuts neatly, cleaned up every bit of debris, and thoroughly tested all lines for leaks. Knowing their work is backed by a 10-year warranty gives us complete peace of mind. I hired this company to replace my tank water heater with a tankless unit. After the installation, the kitchen only had hot water, while the shower only had cold water. To make matters worse, they left a mess in my laundry room after installing the vent termination. When I asked them to come back and fix their work, they drilled several holes in my garage ceiling, then admitted they had no idea what was causing the problem. They left without fixing anything, leaving the holes open and the insulation exposed. Update: The company threatened to file a claim against me for the hole they drilled themselves, despite the fact that I had already paid $1xxxx for their service.

Raul & Carlos are Smart Toilet Saviors! I had a good experience with Shoreway Plumbing. A shower valve in my rental property failed and I needed to have it replaced fairly quickly. The water for the entire house had to be shut off while the repair was done becuase the valve was old and did not have a local shutoff valve. The job was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price.

Manny and his entire team were absolutely amazing!!! We had a surprise plumbing problem and the human dispatcher calmly walked me through the short-term fix. The next morning, Manny and his team arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem, explained the recommended fix, process and associated costs. Throughout the entire repair process, Manny and his team clearly communicated what was going on and how long it would take, then made the repairs, obtained the permits and worked with the city to get the entire situation resolved in record time.
