Carlos and Gerardo did a good job in helping us resolved our washer drainage system. They impressived me with all the well equipment they have. Besides the heavy duty sneak machine, they got camera to inspect the drainage and discovered a small pieces of sneak tool that previous plumber left behind inside the drainage pipe. Both of them are very friendly and patienly explained to us what kind of our problem we faced and possible options to resolve it. We are really impressive with their good work.
We had an outstanding experience with Russell from Simply Green Plumbing. His level of customer service truly speaks for itself. Although Simply Green did not directly complete work in our unit, Russell and his team stepped in during an emergency and helped prevent further damage when our upstairs neighbor’s water heater failed in August 2025. The leak led to significant damage and even asbestos concerns in our home, and we had to move quickly to find solutions. Throughout the entire demolition and restoration process, Russell was an incredible resource and advocate for our family. He guided us, referred us to a trusted restoration company, and supported us every step of the way — all at no cost. His willingness to help during such a stressful time speaks volumes about his character and integrity. Russell genuinely cares about people’s well-being, and I can only imagine the exceptional service he provides to his paying customers. If we ever have plumbing needs in the future, we will absolutely hire Simply Green Plumbing. Thank you, Russell, for everything you did for our family. We are truly grateful
