Carlos and Gerardo did a good job in helping us resolved our washer drainage system. They impressived me with all the well equipment they have. Besides the heavy duty sneak machine, they got camera to inspect the drainage and discovered a small pieces of sneak tool that previous plumber left behind inside the drainage pipe. Both of them are very friendly and patienly explained to us what kind of our problem we faced and possible options to resolve it. We are really impressive with their good work.
Russell and his team are top shelf--responsive and professional. We had three plumbing failures is short succession and Russell and his team delivered on time and at budget. He kept us informed throughout the process didn't try to upsell, which is such a relief! On the last project--he determined the least costly possibility and addressed it for us as a courtesy. We had an outstanding experience with Russell from Simply Green Plumbing. His level of customer service truly speaks for itself. Although Simply Green did not directly complete work in our unit, Russell and his team stepped in during an emergency and helped prevent further damage when our upstairs neighbor’s water heater failed in August 2025.
