I had a clogged toilet that began flooding my home. Called Benito first thing in the morning on a recommendation from my entire neighborhood - and he did not disappoint! He was able to fit me in that day, roto rooted and scoped my main, removing the clog (cracked pipe and a ball of tree roots). He talked me through everything - the problem, his point of view, how he’d fix it, how long I can expect that to last, etc. His pricing was very fair and I expanded the scope to have him remove and replace my old, rusting cast iron main and stack. I had a ticking time bomb under my house and he totally replaced it. I hope I never have to see him again - but he’ll be the first person I call if I have a plumbing issue.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Instead of showing up at the scheduled 10:00 a.m., he decided to roll in at 7:00 a.m.—because who wouldn’t love a surprise wake-up call at a major apartment complex? Clearly, tenants’ time and comfort come second to making sure his workday ends early. Lucky us, we got the 7 a.m. “special.”
On a few occasions I have reached out to Benito. He was very nice, helpful and gave honest recommendations to address the plumbing issues that I had. I would be happy to recommend his services.
Had a leak going from a toilet through to my garage ceiling. Was able to get an appointment with Benito within 48 hours and he was able to fix the problem in about half an hour and cost was reasonable and fair. Friendly and gets the job done!
