We had a great experience with Small Jobs Plumbing. Chris was fantastic in particular. They got back to us quickly and were able to get out to our house and diagnose the problem within a few days. Chris was professional and courteous enough to explain everything in detail to someone who knows nothing about plumbing. The fix was a big job but they had it done in less than a week. They put in the extra effort to protect our furniture and kitchen as much as possible and cleaned up everything before leaving. Really appreciate this team and would highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience with Small Jobs Plumbing. I'd used them before, and this is why I called them when I noticed a leak in my toilet. There was actually a crack in the toilet tank. Expert plumber Frank A. was prompt, proficient, pleasant, polite, and truly professional! All this and - bonus - a great sense of humor and willingness to talk with me while he worked. After removing the broken toilet and installing a shiny new Kohler, he went the extra mile and checked the sinks, faucets, and drains in both bathrooms, and even the kitchen sink and the hose connector outside. When PG&E forced my mother-in-law to replace her water heater (after close to 30 years) many things had changed when it came new codes/permitting requirements. I really appreciate that Zack, Jeremy, and the team got started right away and explained the whole process for my elderly parent. Then when things went sideways with leaking pipes and black water under the house, they proposed that we do the repairs the right way. Even though we chose a shorter-term option with another plumber, they never balked and instead came back to finish the job and make sure the inspection passed.
