I have used SMB mechanical a few times now for work related plumbing issues. The technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely continue using them in the future.
Great service and communication. Went over and beyond to answer our questions and made sure we were happy with the job completed
I can’t say enough good things about SMB Mechanical. We had a plumbing issue at our home, and they were able to get us scheduled quickly. The technician showed up on time, was friendly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done right the first time, and they left everything clean when they were finished. It’s refreshing to find a company that’s honest, professional, and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber who does quality work and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend SMB Mechanical. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.
Our shower stopped draining, so we called SMB Mechanical. They came out quickly, found the problem right away, and got it fixed without any hassle. The technician was friendly, explained what was going on, and cleaned everything up before leaving. It was a really easy experience from start to finish.
I appreciate the care in the service I received. My water heater is difficult to access. The guys were able to install a new one without damaging my walls. Real professionals
