I have been using them for years. I had an emergency project in an old house. They responded quickly and were able to schedule the work quickly. They had to reroute piping, tie into an old system, and update valving. They needed to trench and go through external walls but worked hard to minimize damage. Their experience really showed working with the old plumbing. Great work, great communication, very reasonable price.

I had a huge cement sink that was 60 years old that I couldn't lift or fix myself. Very professional called me before he arrived, called me promptly with an estimate. Showed up on time. I now have a great sink.

I called John about a toilet that wouldn't flush at the house. He was super helpful and really informative about my options and prices. Gave me a realistic idea of what could be going on and how we would go about taking care of it. They couldn't have been more helpful in helping me solve my problem and they're super cool guys to work with. They've been in business for a long time and it's obvious why. I’m so furious with this company. My elderly parents had two parts replaced in a shower. They charged them 450$ and hour and a 500% mark up on parts. They should be ashamed. They should of at least been up Front with the hourly charge.
