I had a great experience with SplashFix plumbing. Making an appointment was really easy, and they were able to send Cristian out the same day, which I really appreciated. Christian was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue and fixed the leak. I also liked that the estimate was sent via text message–it was super convenient. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish. I would definitely call SplashFix again for any future plumbing needs.
Called in because our water heater wasn’t working and we weren’t sure what the issue was. Isaac came out same day and was able to quickly, efficiently, and easily show us how to relight the pilot in our water heater and what else to look out for. What I didn’t expect what the incredible amount of wisdom, advice, and overall friendliness from Isaac. He checked plumbing, looked at other house item and really gave a great look through, all the while being honest. Truly an upstanding guy running an honest business. I will absolutely reach out to him and the SplashFix crew again when the need arises.
Isaac was awesome. He helped us during a significant emergency over a weekend, and not only fixed the issue, but improved the design of our plumbing system. He was super responsive, very clear about what he was proposing, and went well above and beyond. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Splashfix Plumbing and would highly recommend them. Isaac, Arturo, and Joel were top-notch from start to finish. Communication was fast, clear, and consistent throughout the entire process. They made sure to keep me updated, showed me the progress of the work, and answered all of my questions along the way. I needed a galvanized pipe replaced from the water meter to my house, which required digging a trench in the front yard. The team arrived the day before to prep and dig out the area, then came right on time the next day to complete the replacement from galvanized pipe to copper pipe. The work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally, and everything was left clean once completed. They also installed a Moen water leak detection system, and it’s been great being able to monitor the property’s water usage and have that extra peace of mind. Arturo did a great job installing a Moen Flo water monitor, pressure regulator, and gas seismic shut off valve. Very responsive and professional with attention to detail.
