We recently completed a major remodel, and as anyone who has gone through one knows, there are countless decisions to make and things you suddenly realize you need. We visited several plumbing and home-improvement stores throughout the process, but we kept finding ourselves coming back to Standard Plumbing. We ended up purchasing most of our plumbing fixtures and supplies here, including bathroom faucets, shower fixtures, toilets, a tankless water heater, and many other items throughout our remodel. A huge reason we continued coming back was Joeanna. She is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and always willing to help. She took the time to answer our questions, help us find the right products, and look for alternatives whenever we needed something different, all with such a positive attitude. Having someone you can rely on during a remodel makes a tremendous difference. Another thing that really stood out was how easy they made returns and exchanges. During a remodel, plans change, measurements change, and sometimes something simply doesn’t work the way you expected. We never felt like returning or exchanging an item was a problem, which took a lot of stress out of the process. Their showroom is also beautiful and gives you the opportunity to actually see different finishes, faucets, shower systems, and fixtures before making a decision. They have an especially large selection of Kohler products, but they can order many other brands and have been excellent at getting items for us on short notice. Several of the fixtures in our finished bathrooms came from Standard Plumbing, and seeing everything installed makes us even happier with our choices. If you’re remodeling a bathroom or working on a larger home project, I definitely recommend stopping by Standard Plumbing, and if you have the opportunity to work with Joeanna, you’re in very good hands. They carry all of your plumbing needs. If they don't have it on hand they can order it for you and you can pick it up there. Customer service is great, I would recommend anyone that is looking for a plumbing part, they will find it.

Hubby and brother came home with a very expensive models bidet without telling me last Satuday, so I decided to give Joeanna a call. She was super friendly and really helpful. Not only did she help me price match with a competitor, but she also got me a much better deal on a brand new bidet smart toilet ! Now I am thinking to buy one more for the other bathroom Joeanna’s customer service was amazing. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible.
