As a single older woman, it’s hard not to feel vulnerable, especially when something breaks and you have to figure out how to fix it. Jake and Alex from Starving Plumbers were a breath of fresh air! Both were great communicators and explain things to me which were things I’ll need to know going forward. They were quick and efficient and fixing my toilet and I really appreciated having a review on some of the safety things. I need to know as a homeowner around water and gas shut offs! I am so glad they were recommended to me and then I use them. I will definitely use them again.
I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Alex was especially amazing. He did such a great job, had great & clean work, and was a joy to be around and work with. Choosing this company was 100% the right choice. It all went perfectly. Great work, efficient, amazing customer service, and all around good honest people. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Starving Plumbers did an outstanding job in replacing my water heater. They showed up with all the necessary parts and brought the job up to code. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional organization. They will be our first call for all future plumbing needs.
ALEX is an amazing Plumber! I’ve been in the property management business for years and his work is outstanding! He goes above and beyond the call of duty in order to fully explain everything and does not waste any time. I am so happy I found him, not only very reasonable, reasonably priced but also an absolute pleasure to work with!
Outstanding Service. We used them twice in the past 5 months. Once to assist with a gas dryer and once to fix a broken gate valve on our aging house. Both times Alex was sent and was very professional and efficient. He offered to explain/walk you through what he was doing or simply fix it and we could go about our day. You could tell he cared not only about the work he was doing, but the customer he was servicing. I can't recommend this company enough for any plumbing needs.
