I would highly recommend Steve Silva Plumbing for any kind of plumbing job you might need! I called them because I was having problems with my hot water heater and I spoke to Patty. She was very helpful and understanding. She scheduled Dean to come out the next day to check it out. Dean was right on time, super friendly and knowledgeable. He let us know that we needed a new unit. Two days later, Axel and Laron, were at our house installing a new water heater. They came right on time, explained exactly what they were going to do and worked very quickly. They were very polite, knowledgeable and incredibly talented. A few hours later, we had a new hot water heater installed and ready to go! Amazing customer service and attention to detail from start to finish! Again, we would highly recommend Steve Silva Plumbing!
Terrific Service. Dean identified the problem quickly. He was friendly and actually showed me how my plumbing works in and out! I mentioned a second issue that we had and he said,"let's take a look". It turned out to be a more complicated issue but Dean again analyzed the problem and is ordering the part needed. We will always call Silva Plumbing. They are the best. Oh, and the person that answers the fun is terrific too.!

The water heater failed. I called Steve Silva Plumbing, I was promptly given a solid quote for a new water heater and installation, and asked that Patty schedule the installation the following day between 8-9am. Axel came on time, completed the job, instructed us in how to operate and care for the gas water heater. He was well informed, neat, a great teacher, and checked to make sure everything worked well before he left the job site. My husband and I were very happy with the entire experience. We highly recommend Steve Silva Plumbing and their staff! We have used them for 20 years.
Another excellent service experience from Steve Silva Plumbing. Prompt scheduling of our service request. When service rep Zac was delayed at another job, staff called me to offer to reschedule if the delay was inconvenient. The delay was not a problem. We've had Zac before on another project and he was just as professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as before. I highly recommend Steve Silva Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
