Finding a plumber you can actually trust is hard enough, but finding someone who is an absolute master at what they do? That feels impossible. Steven Bailey is quite literally gold! We had him tackle a whole repipe of our house in San Carlos, and from day one, he blew us away. His depth of knowledge is on an entirely different level—he walked us through the local plumbing codes with such effortless confidence that we instantly knew we were in the best hands. Repiping an entire home sounds like a nightmare scenario for your walls and ceilings, but thanks to Steven’s experience and knowledge, he managed to minimize cuts into our drywall to an absolute fraction of what we expected. That saved us a LOT of money. He treated our home with absolute respect, worked with incredible efficiency, and solved complex layout challenges that would have stumped most other pros. If you need plumbing work done—especially something major and complex—do yourself a favor and don't look anywhere else. Steven Bailey Plumbing & Rooter is the absolute best in the business. Highest possible recommendation!
We had an issue with some past work from a prior plumbing service years ago and Steven crawled under the house to analyze and make a recommendation. We also had him clear the bathroom drains. Very satisfied with his service and knowledge. Would recommend to others for sure!
Steven was very thorough and detail oriented. He took great care to service our tankless water heater that we have neglected for many years. His knowledge and expertise is outstanding.
Steven saved us thousands!! Unlike a more well known SF plumber, Steven took the time to diagnose the issue. We ordered the fixtures as he suggested, and he returned to professionally install. Problems fixed for less than $1,000. Thank you!!!
Great communication, very knowledgable, honest. Fixed our commercial water heater and took the less expensive route instead of immediately doing what all other companies do: say the most expensive part on the heater needs to be replaced. Top notch. Highly recommended!
