Great experience with Anthony and Tristan from Straight Flush Plumbing & Rooter. They resolved a water hammer issue that had been ongoing for years. I also had them replace a few shut off valves while they were here. They were responsive, friendly, gave a fair price, and kept everything clean. Highly recommend!
Great customer service. Anthony was prompt, professional, and transparent about pricing. My son had backed up our toilet by flushing baby wipes. Anthony explained what he was planning to do, and what the cost would be. He also explained what he would need to do if the first thing didn't work, and explained that we would not be charged twice if additional work was required. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, I felt very reassured. He was efficient and explained what the blockage was and how he cleared it. Bonus - he was extremely friendly and so kind to my two young kids who were loudly running around and playing. We would absolutely call Anthony again and love that we're supporting a local family!
Plumbing problems rarely seems to occur during convenient times, which was the case today (a Sunday) when we awoke to our issue. In researching companies and "dialing for dollars" to speak with folks, I found that Straight Flush Plumbing was located just 6 minutes away AND the owner answered the phone personally. That may have been a one-off, but it was a relief to speak with someone directly rather than answering services or voicemails. Our issue was resolved in a timely fashion with extreme professionalism & a very personable technician. All at a fair price, which we especially appreciate given the emergency nature of our call. I had an outstanding experience with Straight Flush Plumbing and can’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to work with. What really stood out to me was that they never once tried to upsell me. They focused on what actually needed to be done and were willing to come out right away to fix the issue. I discovered I had a problem with my hot water tank the hard way…….by stepping into a shower and getting hit with rusty water. Not exactly how anyone wants to start their day. Anthony and Tristan showed up quickly, assessed the situation, and got to work right away. Both of them were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The installation they did was honestly impressive. The routing of the copper pipes was so clean and well thought out that it looked immaculate. It was a night-and-day difference compared to the half-done job my general contractor did years ago.
