Marco and Santos installed 4 new toilets. They did a fabulous job and left no mess, they even took the boxes that the new toilets came in and hauled away the old toilets. They were very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be keeping their number for all my future plumbing needs. Also I had them install 4 new toilet shut-off valves. Highly recommend using these plumbers.
We had a slow draining bathroom sink on the second floor of our Vallejo home and wanted to fix the slow drain and also remove this bathroom pedestal sink, and in its place, install a bathroom vanity cabinet sink that we had bought at Lowe’s. Superior Plumbing sent Yonathan to do the estimate. Yonathan provided 2 different estimates for this project, depending on if we wanted to "snake" the pipe(s) in the wall or have them replaced. He explained potential outcomes for each case. We appreciated how he thoroughly explained things and answered our questions and decided to replace the pipes. We scheduled the work to be done a couple days later. Yonatan and Gio came; They completes the project in about 9 hours: *Removed pedestal bathroom sink. *Opened wall on second floor bathroom and opened up ceiling on first floor, to access pipes, remove and replace them. *Install new vanity sink. They worked efficiently and kept us informed during each of the different steps of things we needed to be aware of, such as all water to our house being turned off for some time. I contacted Superior Plumbing and Drain Service regarding low water pressure at my home. On the same day, David and Rudy arrived assessed the issue, explained the cause for low pressure, and provided an estimate for a new pressure value installation. On the scheduled date, Ignacio and Rudy arrived performed the removal of the old pipe and value and installed a new one. They were professional, efficient and personable. We’ve had Superior Plumbing help us on numerous occasions over many years, and they are consistently wonderful. Today, Ygnacio and Rudy came by to fix a leak in the main waterline from under the sink to the dishwasher and refrigerator. It involved several leaks from the valves along the line and a pinhole leak in the line itself. They replaced the line using one with a braided sheath to prevent any breaks in the future. They made it longer so the fridge can more easily be moved out of the way for cleaning and inspection. They repaired the leaking valves, and also cleaned under the sink and under and behind the dishwasher and refrigerator. The leaks had been bad enough to warp our laminated floorboards - the first thing I noticed was a large puddle in the same place 3 days in a row. I thought it was our old dog, but knew he was innocent when he was locked upstairs with me one night and the puddle still formed. It turned out there were more puddles hidden underneath the appliances Anyway, Rudy and Ygnacio got the situation fixed. They were efficient and really nice, as all of Superior’s plumbers are, in my experience. The price was much lower than I expected. Ygnacio quoted a higher price in his estimate, but charged a much lower one, when they discovered that they could easily repair instead of replace some valves. Replacing would have involved going into the wall because the valve handles were too recessed, I think. I’ve always felt safe in Superior’s hands. They’re very good at what they do, and they’re as honest as the day is long. They don’t charge as much as they should, either, in my opinion.
Yonathan came out to help me get a main shutoff installed and an expansion tank for our heater. Throughout the process he was so patient and kind that it really made me grateful to work with his company. The work looks good and clean, and that's despite a tricky situation with old plumbing and a water meter that was nowhere near where we expected. I've already asked him to do a few more small projects and will keep his name in my contacts for future work with no hesitation
