The technician, Dylan, was very helpful, polite, professional, informative, no pressure, and fast. While the cost of $525 to replace a customer supplied kitchen faucet seemed high, at no point in the process did I feel pressured to accept the quote. However, I did end up having Dylan replace the faucet, and it was a good experience.
Raul was prompt, personable and efficient. He replaced a toilet seal that was badly deteriorated and a leaking angle valve. Explained well. Very satisfied with the service. First time using Superior but will certainly use them in the future.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do not use them!!! We called to get a quote and told them that the issue was under the house. They told us it would be $60 for the inspection and quote. When the tech arrived they said it would be $300 to crawl under the house. THEY KNEW WHERE THE ISSUE WAS BEFORE COMING AND YET THEY NEVER TOLD US IT WOULD BE $300! They wanted to make a quick buck by just coming out and charging $60.
Had them swap out a bathroom faucet set I bought separately. Dylan was excellent communicating before and during the job. Fair price, glad I went with them. Would use them again.
