Marco and Santos installed 4 new toilets. They did a fabulous job and left no mess, they even took the boxes that the new toilets came in and hauled away the old toilets. They were very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be keeping their number for all my future plumbing needs. Also I had them install 4 new toilet shut-off valves. Highly recommend using these plumbers.
We’ve had Superior Plumbing help us on numerous occasions over many years, and they are consistently wonderful. Today, Ygnacio and Rudy came by to fix a leak in the main waterline from under the sink to the dishwasher and refrigerator. It involved several leaks from the valves along the line and a pinhole leak in the line itself. They replaced the line using one with a braided sheath to prevent any breaks in the future. They made it longer so the fridge can more easily be moved out of the way for cleaning and inspection. They repaired the leaking valves, and also cleaned under the sink and under and behind the dishwasher and refrigerator. The leaks had been bad enough to warp our laminated floorboards - the first thing I noticed was a large puddle in the same place 3 days in a row. I thought it was our old dog, but knew he was innocent when he was locked upstairs with me one night and the puddle still formed. It turned out there were more puddles hidden underneath the appliances Anyway, Rudy and Ygnacio got the situation fixed. They were efficient and really nice, as all of Superior’s plumbers are, in my experience. The price was much lower than I expected. Ygnacio quoted a higher price in his estimate, but charged a much lower one, when they discovered that they could easily repair instead of replace some valves. Replacing would have involved going into the wall because the valve handles were too recessed, I think. I’ve always felt safe in Superior’s hands. They’re very good at what they do, and they’re as honest as the day is long. They don’t charge as much as they should, either, in my opinion.
A “Non-Brand Named” shower faucet was faulty. The tech fixed it but the cartridge was defective. Superior had to research to find the brand and the replacement cartridge. Then the tech returned replaced the cartridge and only charged us for the part. Every part of this process was easy and painless. Great customer service.
Yonathan was great. He’s a good communicator and goes into depth about what your situation is, what it needs and what you might need in the future. Very honest and even gives good advice on work you can do yourself. He took our mess of old pipes and made something that made sense and will be easier to maintain in the future. Would definitely call them again.
Yonathan came out to help me get a main shutoff installed and an expansion tank for our heater. Throughout the process he was so patient and kind that it really made me grateful to work with his company. The work looks good and clean, and that's despite a tricky situation with old plumbing and a water meter that was nowhere near where we expected. I've already asked him to do a few more small projects and will keep his name in my contacts for future work with no hesitation
