I never write reviews but our main line backed up and these guys actually fixed it right the first time so here I am. Honestly just solid work, no runaround, no upselling, they showed up and handled it. If you're in Fremont and need a plumber just call them.
Had a burst pipe situation at my place in Mission San Jose and honestly wasn't sure who to call — Emergency Plumber Fremont picked up fast and had someone out before I even finished stressing about it. The team was upfront about everything, no vague answers or runaround. Got it fixed properly and I felt like I actually understood what happened, which mattered a lot to me.
My water heater went out after 13 years and I shopped around for quotes and they were the most competitive. Anmar helped me out over the phone and was genuine and understanding compared to other contractors. His technician Andres was great - fast and friendly installation. Would recommend these guys to my friends and family
Honestly such a relief getting that taken care of so fast. Called these guys in the morning and they were out here in Warm Springs same day, had the whole thing sorted before I even had time to stress about it. If you need someone who actually shows up quick and doesn't drag it out, call them first.
Amazing service would recommend, First time dealing with a plumbing issue as a homeowner and honestly had no idea where to start. The plumber I called was refreshingly upfront about everything — what the problem was, what needed to be done, no upselling or vague answers. Felt like I could actually trust what they were telling me, which meant a lot when I didn't really know enough to push back.
