I can’t say enough good things about The Tankless Guys! We were dealing with what felt like a major plumbing emergency, and the stress level in our house was through the roof. so far so good. Came on time and addressed the issue. I was able to leave the house and they were very polite and actually wrapped up when i was not home. Finished the whole job in a day. Added extra work for themselves by getting rid of a pvc pipe that extended across the house for the sprinkler and instead attached it to the water line as it should. also attached sprinkler attachments that were there before and i understand they didnt need to. Also very plesent and polite. great work! very happy with it
Tankless guys came from an Angi request for some plumbing work we needed done. Communication was clear, scheduling was prompt, and their quote came in at the middle of the pack. While we ended up going with another company for that project, they brought other services we needed done to my attention, and we had that work done within a week of them coming out. We will definitely be calling again for our next big water project (water filtration system), and will continue to use their annual tankless water heater descaling service. Professional, prompt, and competitive service. Thanks to Sergio and Gett for their time and work.
Gert and Charlie arrived just on time for our appointment. Gert explained everything in detail on what the appointment would entail beforehand and what to expect. He also gave me some ideas on how to prevent future backups and ways to manage the waste water better. On entering the apartment units, they always covered up their shoes and cleaned up after doing their work. The picture is on the drain waste system at these apartments. They did 2 units. I will definitely be using them again.
Amazing as usual! This is probably the 3rd time we've had The Tankless Guys at our facility and they have always done a wonderful job. They are knowledgable, professional, explain things in detail , friendly and pleasure to work with. I liked them so much for our business that I also had them replace a water heater at my personal home too, along with a water regulator, and new gas cooktop! Highly Recommend! A+++
