We purchased a 50 gallon water heater, an expansion tank, permits, a 9 year warranty, and a valve replacement as part of the service. The work took a few hours, which was completely reasonable for this type of plumbing job. Barry handled the installation carefully and made sure everything was working properly before finishing. My only thought is that having a second plumber or helper available for moving heavy equipment could make the job even smoother, since water heater installs can involve lifting and tight spaces.
