Jason did a great job on a blocked drain for us. He had to snake piping between sink with a disposal and the main branch. He arrived when he said he would, did a careful diagnosis, verified that he had fixed the problem, and was professional and courteous throughout the service call. David came to replace a check valve on my recirculating pump line. He was on time, got right into it and did a very clean job. When I called the office, I spoke to Thomas directly. I let him know what the issue was and what I needed replaced. He put me on the calendar and gave me an estimate over the phone that was reasonable. My buddy who used to service Morgan Hill area who has wonderful reputation (Good 1 Plumbing) referred me to Thomas since he was unavailable. Thomas is Good 1 approved. You can’t go wrong with them.
