I've hired Anthony multiple times because he does such great work! Most recently I discovered a leak in my fire sprinkler system and when he inspected it he noted that the water softener installed by Culligan was reducing the size of the piping upstream from the sprinkler system potentially reducing its effectiveness--though that wasn't the cause of the leak, it could have caused problems in a fire. So he re-did the pipes and suggested installing a Moen Flo device--a whole home automated water shutoff valve in case some other pipe started leaking. His suggestion saved me some money on my homeowner's insurance premiums and I have piece of mind that my house won't flood if a pipe breaks! Previously I hired him to come fix our kitchen disposal and he discovered that our remodeling contractor didn't put an angle in the pipe, causing water to sit--when opened up, the pipe was half-full with debris even though the remodel was only 5 years ago. A new disposal and properly installed pipe saved me a ton of headache in the future! The first time I met him he correctly installed a toilet and vanity from yet another remodeling contractor who did it wrong! He is very straightforward about his pricing and has great advice about the best replacement parts for things that were done incorrectly or poorly by the "other guy".

I had a leak coming from the ceiling and I was mega-stressed about it, as I wasn't sure what was causing it, and I also didn't know whether to find a general contractor (to tear out ceiling and inspect) or find a plumber first. I saw that this business had great reviews and that Anthony did both plumbing and general contracting so it seemed like a good way to go. I'm glad I called Anthony. He was very eager to talk me through exactly what he was looking for and how he ruled out various problems. He said he liked to explain every step of his examination so his clients understood his reasoning and process and so they knew they were getting a solid value and no unnecessary repairs. In the end, he ended up finding a gnarly (but only intermittent) leak from one of my sinks. He replaced at a fair price and did a great job and even did extra sealing in the bathroom that wasn't part of the fix. He also gave me further advice on what other items should be addressed (due to the leak and other neglected items) but zero pressure to try and get them done now. I was very happy with the service provided!

A friend referred us to Anthony. When we called he answered the phone and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. We had an unscheduled shower remodel and our shower valve was leaking. Anthony showed up promptly for the appointment and went straight to work. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Anthony responded quickly and installed a water shutoff as dictated by my new insurance agent. He was very professional and kind to my family. Anthony also pointed out and replaced a severely corroded pipe in our garage that was leaking into our tap water. He took the time to show us the damage and educate us.
