Hot water in our house was finishing up faster than usual in the recent weeks, until suddenly one day it was almost not available. We have small kids in the house, so needed repair urgently. I messaged Khan (BK) at 9pm and he replied almost immediately saying he can come in at 9am the next day. BK arrived on time, and scanned the water heater code and showed me that the warranty had expired few years ago and it was a 10yr old unit (which I knew). He recommended to change it out for a new one, which I was already prepared for. Got in touch with his supplier and got me a great rate on the new unit and parts. He had a busy schedule that day, and yet managed to get it all changed out before noon so that it will be done before my kids come back later in the afternoon. I was very satisfied with the work. BK is a great guy, and communicates clearly and honestly.
Today, July 3, my water heater suddenly stopped working. I called the number listed on the water heater and reached Khan from Union City Plumbing Water Services, who originally installed it several years ago. Even though he was off today, he answered my call immediately and listened patiently as I explained the problem. Khan asked if we could FaceTime so he could see the water heater and guide me through the steps to fix it. He was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. Although he had other appointments and needed to drop off his work truck for maintenance, he still took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue myself instead of immediately scheduling a service call. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get my water heater working again. He even assured me that if it didn’t work, he would come out to help despite his busy schedule. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, especially during the Fourth of July holiday. Khan truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for his professionalism, generosity, and genuine care for his customers. I highly recommend Union City Plumbing Water Heater Services. BK is the best plumber you could ask for, my family’s been going to him for years now. Super responsive & professional, great pricing, and work that’s both fast and the highest quality.
