I cannot say enough great things about Up 2 Code Plumbing, Inc.! My water heater failed on Saturday morning , and to make matters worse, it was Valentine's Day. I called and left a message, not knowing if I would even hear back until after the weekend. To my surprise, the owner Michael Pitta returned my call within just a couple of hours and had a technician out to my home right away. Talk about lifesaving service! Jorden S. arrived promptly and was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and even better, he had the necessary part on his truck so he could fix it immediately. You could tell right away that he really knew what he was doing. He was friendly, polite, professional, and took the time to carefully check all the hoses and components of the water heater to make sure there wouldn't be any additional problems. When he finished, the area was actually cleaner than when he arrived which says a lot. Michael and Jorden delivered true five-star service. It's obvious that this company's 22 years of experience show in the way they operate their business delivering prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and focused genuinely on customer satisfaction. Great experience with Up2Code! I bought and Installed a new AO Smith hot water heater from Lowe’s which had factory faulty parts and was making a horrible foghorn buzzing sound. I called and spoke to Catherine who was so pleasant and helpful. She worked around my schedule to set up an appointment. Jordan arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and didn’t mind my DIYer questions. Jordan is an overall awesome young man, replaced the faulty factory parts and hung out for a while just to make sure everything was operating correctly. No more foghorn sound and the hot water is flowing once again! Awesome job guys! Thank you
Everyone at Up to Code was so helpful in getting my dad’s old radiant heat/boiler system working. Jennifer helped coordinate a time that worked with our schedule and kept me updated with arrival time. Mike was incredibly patient and thorough in testing and servicing the system and making sure everything was working to get my dad’s home warm again.
