Very professional company I had a water leak somewhere on my property. Called another company and they sent me an outrageous bill when I called them. They told me that I had a Water Leak. I never experienced any water leak before in my house living there for 12 years. I then called USA LEAK DETECTOR They literally gave me an appointment the same day. Steve and AJ arrived at my house. They inspected my front yard backyard and found out that it was my toilet that was running. I was grateful that it was nothing major and something so small. AJ showed me exactly how to fix my toilet I just needed a new flapper that was it a easy $10 repair. My water bill went back to normal with no problems. Best of all they only charged me a service call fee not the full leak detection price. STEVE told me it was too easy for them. I really appreciate that. Thank you STEVE..
Amazing people to work with. From the time I reached out to the completion of service delivery was excellent. Steve clearly outlined how they will perform the inspection and what type of report I will get. They reached on time for the inspection and were thorough in their approach. I would highly recommend them for any leak detection work.
Top notch! Very friendly and know what they are doing. Great communication, very knowledgeable and do not try to rip you off like so many of the other guys I called. The technician was thorough and efficient. He found the problem quickly and then made suggestions on how to make the repairs. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and gave me all the information I needed to make the repairs myself or if I wanted them to make the repairs. No upselling pressure. From what I understand they employ primarily military veteran's. What a great way to support our veterans! I highly recommend using this company.
Extremely unhappy with the work and interaction with USA Leak Detectors. They came to my house and did find a leak under the house. They wrote up a report saying "Active leak was identified within the interior pressurized supply line serving the kitchen. Leak location has been identified and marked for corrective repair." The image attached is what they included which is inside the house. Since this company doesn't do repairs, I had Jazz Plumbing come in. Their technician said the report was insufficient and they'd have to do their own inspection since a piece of tape on the kitchen doesn't help them. "Prior to my arrival, the customer had received an inspection from another company; however, the information provided was not sufficient for diagnostic purposes. A full independent evaluation of the crawl space was therefore conducted." I called USA Leak Detectors to say I shouldn't have to pay them since their work was deemed insufficient. They said they'd call me back. They continued sending me invoice reminders, so I called them back, they said they'd have their manager call me, but nothing. Today I got a call from debt collectors threatening legal action against me. USA Leak Detectors said they called, left messages, and emailed me multiple times to try to work it out, but I have zero messages or emails from them. They said they were going to offer to only make me pay a $200 service charge (I get the gesture, but I still had to pay Jazz to do an inspection). It's very possible they left emails and messages to someone, but it wasn't to me (and apparently they have the right contact information when it comes to debt collection). I was also told it's not their fault if the other company (Jazz Plumbing) wasn't capable of understanding the report. Yes they found the leak, but it's not worth the risk of getting an insufficient report, sloppy communication, and threatened with legal action.
