Very professional company I had a water leak somewhere on my property. Called another company and they sent me an outrageous bill when I called them. They told me that I had a Water Leak. I never experienced any water leak before in my house living there for 12 years. I then called USA LEAK DETECTOR They literally gave me an appointment the same day. Steve and AJ arrived at my house. They inspected my front yard backyard and found out that it was my toilet that was running. I was grateful that it was nothing major and something so small. AJ showed me exactly how to fix my toilet I just needed a new flapper that was it a easy $10 repair. My water bill went back to normal with no problems. Best of all they only charged me a service call fee not the full leak detection price. STEVE told me it was too easy for them. I really appreciate that. Thank you STEVE..
Top notch! Very friendly and know what they are doing. Great communication, very knowledgeable and do not try to rip you off like so many of the other guys I called. The technician was thorough and efficient. He found the problem quickly and then made suggestions on how to make the repairs. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and gave me all the information I needed to make the repairs myself or if I wanted them to make the repairs. No upselling pressure. From what I understand they employ primarily military veteran's. What a great way to support our veterans! I highly recommend using this company.
My water bill was extremely high this month and I had no idea why. I called pg&e and they said I had a water leak somewhere in my house. After calling around I decided on USA leak detector because they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They were able to pin point exactly where I had a leak. Steve was able to come out and fix my problem in 20 minutes which end up saving me a lot of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and didnt mind providing insight. I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!!! I’m a business owner in Hayward. We recently noticed that there is a serious water leak in our commercial building that was running our water bill in the thousands!!! We ended up calling USA LEAK DETECTOR. Steve answered and was able to squeeze us in and quickly come out to help. I think it’s important to understand that in desperate situations like this it’s very easy for a business to take advantage of the consumer. Not only was Steve extremely honest with us, but he literally found the problem in minutes. And when I say minutes I mean minutes! It was a continuous leak in the filtration system in our bathroom. We had absolutely no idea that it could leak from there. He stopped the leak and even gave us some additional information on how we might be able to get some of our money back for the outrageous water bill we’re going to receive. And to even top that off, he charges a very reasonable price to help us out. I intend to model my business based on how Steve runs his… Superb service with excellent quality!!!!
