I highly recommend Valley Plumbing. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional. Jonathan installed an automatic gas shutoff valve and took the time to explain how it works and how to use it. He was professional, courteous, and made sure all my questions were answered. Scheduling was easy, and they kept me informed with timely updates about my upcoming appointment. Overall, they provided excellent service and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Kirk, with Valley Plumbing came out to scope the work needed to be performed. He was extremely knowledgeable. I love how he explained all the details. Awaiting to sign contract. I signed contract on Good Friday with Valley Plumbing. Monday evening the temporary fix by another plumbing company busted. I called Valley Plumbing and Kirk. I text Kirk to inform him, I shut off the main waterline. Kirk contacted me and said he had to track one more part and would be here hopefully if everything works he’ll be here at 3p.m. Everything worked out parts and repair . I can’t praise this company and staff enough. Good job five star rating plus two more.
Carl was professional, efficient and did outstanding work replacing the sinks and the bathroom tub fixtures of the master bedroom. Fixtures from the original 80s build that required a significant amount of elbow grease to remove. Communication was great throughout the entire process, Carl gave me updates as he worked and brought up any areas of concern. After the install, Carl took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. On the way out, he noticed an issue with the toilet, he showed me the wear and tear/damage to the parts; it was an obvious and necessary fix that needed to be done. He did not drag out the fix and had it done in less than 10 minutes. He cleaned up his work areas, disposed of all waste, and the areas were spotless. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing (and you’re in luck if you have Carl show up) to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing services. The pricing was incredibly fair (unlike another estimate I received). We’ll definitely use them again for future plumbing needs and I’ll be requesting Carl.
Our hot water heater started leaking and as usual with any plumbing issues, we contacted Valley Plumbing. We got an appointment for first thing Mondy morning, and the guys showed up right on time. Explained exactly what they planned to do (replaced) and got right to work. The whole job was completed by 2pm, and everything works fine. Don't forget to ask about their senior or veteran discount!
I had two new faucets installed and some repairs in other faucets. I was able to see and buy the faucets at the showroom, which was very convenient. The work was on an hourly basis and I was given a time estimate before the job started. My plumber paid close attention to the time he was spending and paused the time while waiting for a part or taking his lunch. I was very pleased with the work. Two months back I had an emergency water heater replacement done by another company. I learned that the price that Valley Plumbing would have charged for the same water heater and installation was almost half what I paid with the other company. I will be sticking with Valley Plumbing from now on.
