My water heater broke down without any warning one morning. Thanks to Yelp, I found Water Heater Master Inc., and they were truly a lifesaver. The person who took my call was very helpful and efficient, giving me the earliest possible appointment without any hassle. When their representative, Sam, arrived, he was nice, polite and on time. He thoroughly checked the old heater, instantly gave me a quote, and patiently walked me through all the available market options. He was clear, patient, and accommodated my schedule by promising to finish the job that same day if I made a decision. After doing my research, I called the next morning to confirm. The installers were there by noon and the job was done very neatly. The work was exceptional—they even added a new copper pipe so the water would drain directly into the sink and added new fixtures for the main pipe. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. He even took the time to clean underneath the pedestal, which was a huge help and showed a level of care I truly appreciated. I would like to add a positive review for Water Heater Masters. I had them install a water heater for me around 4-5 years ago. The water heater works fine. I asked if I needed to do anything to maintain the water heater and Alex told me all you need to do is flush it annually and that's something you can do yourself - hook up a hose, drain it and let it refill and then get a new one when in breaks in 10-12 years. Water Heaters Masters did a fantastic job! Their plumber, Brian, was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and had the new water heater installed in a bit over an hour. He did fantastic work. This is the second job they did for us and if we need additional service we will contact them first.
Replacing our water heater was long overdue, but one of those tasks that I kept putting off. I got estimates from a very long list of plumbers over the years, and Water Heaters Masters stood out for their reasonable prices and truly informative, transparent, and honest consultations. I never felt that they were trying to upsell me. They always told me when something more expensive that seemed like a better idea wouldn't work in my home and why. During the two visits, two years apart, they also took the time to look through my basement with me and explain my options, as well as try to decipher the maze of pipes in this old building - not for the job I was paying them to do, just to help me understand what we have in our building, in case I wanted to undertake future projects. I didn't feel rushed. I always felt like they were genuinely interested in their work and happy to explain it. When they came to do the actual job they were fast, professional, thoughtful, and friendly, and the cost was absolutely worth it. After meeting so many other plumbers, I was very happy to go with this company.
