The install team lead by Jorge did an excellent job installing a 75 gallon water heater in my home. They were very fast, very professional and did an excellent cleanup at the end of the job. The price was also very competitive without any last minute add-on or up charges. What they quoted is what I paid. No surprises. I highly recommend this company.
My water heater broke down without any warning one morning. Thanks to Yelp, I found Water Heater Master Inc., and they were truly a lifesaver. The person who took my call was very helpful and efficient, giving me the earliest possible appointment without any hassle. When their representative, Sam, arrived, he was nice, polite and on time. He thoroughly checked the old heater, instantly gave me a quote, and patiently walked me through all the available market options. He was clear, patient, and accommodated my schedule by promising to finish the job that same day if I made a decision. After doing my research, I called the next morning to confirm. The installers were there by noon and the job was done very neatly. The work was exceptional—they even added a new copper pipe so the water would drain directly into the sink and added new fixtures for the main pipe. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. He even took the time to clean underneath the pedestal, which was a huge help and showed a level of care I truly appreciated. I have been using Water Heaters Masters for the past several years for routine maintenance for my tankless water heater. After a disastrous interaction with a plumbing company in Vacaville that left me with foul smelling water with low water pressure, a technician from this company came out and fixed the issue right away. I immediately called them again the next year. Very easy to schedule appointments (usually within the same week), transparent prices, and great reliability every year. Also, over the years, each technician has always friendly, fast, efficient, and tidy. I will continue to use this company each year for maintenance or repair is needed. And, I would highly recommend to others.
Water Heaters Masters did a fantastic job! Their plumber, Brian, was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and had the new water heater installed in a bit over an hour. He did fantastic work. This is the second job they did for us and if we need additional service we will contact them first.
Upon returning home from a recent trip, we found that our 15 yr old water heater had failed and flooded part of our garage. I called 3 service providers and found Water Heater Masters to be in the middle of the price range quoted by the vendors. Alex said he could get a tech out that day, so we had his crew do the installation. It was also appealing to have a locally owned small business do the work rather than some affiliated vendor of a big box store or a plumbing company that’s part of a private equity roll-up venture where their goal is to maximize margin. The real test of a service provider is when problems arise…. Several days after the installation the pilot light kept going out. Alex responded immediately and sent a tech out for the warranty work. He replaced part of the pilot assembly. By the next morning, the pilot had failed again. Alex responded immediately and sent another tech out to replace the control valve unit, as recommended by the manufacturer’s rep. That didn’t solve the problem. Once again, Alex responded quickly to the matter and assured me that he would insist that the manufacturer provide a warranty replacement of the entire water heater. Within hours, he had a couple of techs at our house to install the new unit. Fortunately, that was the solution and everything now works perfectly. Lots of businesses can look good when everything goes according to plan, but the best businesses are the ones who know how to treat their customers when the unexpected occurs. 5+ Stars for Water Heaters Masters!!!
