I had my heater go out on a Thursday and of course had company coming to stay the weekend arriving Friday. This was not ideal as I didn't have time to do the heater swap myself. I am the type that will tackle most projects myself but this one I needed to call the experts to get done ASAP. From the call to schedule, to the tech, Wesley, I couldn't have asked for better service. I was blown away by how thorough and quick Wesley had the inlet shutoff swapped, installed the heater redid the overflow drain line and even installed a new shut off on the gas. He was personable and I chatted with him as he worked. If you need it done right and on time give them a ring!
Sean was amazing Actually- as usual, the way it works is in the middle of the night you realize your heater is busted I called the 24 hour number I repeat customer for the record The team called me at 7 AM. They had Sean there by noon. We have the wrong water heater - We needed a stronger faster bigger for three teenage Daughter💜 water heater Sean was able to find the inventory and get it and still deliver someday Percent recommend this crew- Sean was great- The office was great And they have Invested in upgrading their technology to serviceTitan, which I think is a huge thing if you’re a customer for these kind of things I appreciate a small business, investing and technology to make my life easier as Someone intact who has to deliver great experiences I will 100% use these guys next time
These guys are fantastic. I called and they were here the next day with a new water heater. Lucas was personable and professional. He answered all of my questions and was efficient with the installation. This is the second time I have used this company as they did a replacement for me (same-day) approx 10 years ago. I am very pleased with the service and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Our technician, Wesley C., professionally installed our new 50-gallon water heater. His work is impeccable and clean. He expertly got our replacement water heater up and running and removed the old, non-functioning water heater. In addition, the office staff was friendly and listened to my queries carefully.
