Loni was very thoughtful and considerate while completing switching out my broken water heater. He even went as far as placing my package in front of my door so kindly. Now I have hot water and he got it done quickly! Great service
Alex Buenrostro from Water Heaters Only is a superior technician who replaced our water heater very quickly and efficiently. He has worked for the company for 24 years and he actually installed our last water heater many years ago. He has a delightful personality and a great work ethic. The company itself has great office staff who are efficient and kind. We called them late last night and mid-day today we have hot water!
Very pleased with the quick response from WHO. I had a water heater installed 14 years ago by them and have had no problem. I had a new gas water heater installed 6-4-26 and upgraded to a 12 year guarantee with an American Standard model. The installer Daniel was the best. Kind, knowledgable and did the install the same day as the estimate in 3 hours. Very happy all around. Would recommend to anyone.
Luis did a fantastic job replacing my water heater! He was very professional, skilled, efficient and nice! I highly recommend Water Heaters Only! I also want to praise their transparency and pricing and quick turnaround to get an appointment! Thank you!
Water heater stood up to the test of time at 18 years old! It was finally time to replace. I heard great things about Water Heaters Only Inc, and they definitely did not disappoint! We had the privilege of working with Daniel and I would STRONGLY suggest him for any water heater repairs or installation. Daniel is one of those people you wish you could give more than 5 stars to! Daniel was right on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and it is quite apparent he truly enjoys what he does. He is thorough and spends the extra time to discuss and educate the homeowner on anything he may find whether it be positive or negative. Daniel provided us with a very detailed report letting us know exactly what needed to be done, including some work to bring the install up to code. I would strongly suggest you hire Daniel at Water Heaters Only Inc to do your next install as he is simply the BEST!
