He has worked for the company for 24 years and he actually installed our last water heater many years ago. He has a delightful personality and a great work ethic. Made appointment by phone. Selected the recommended gas water heater. Dan C. arrived within the appointment window. Reviewed the work needed as well as options available and added the dual anode for the 12-year extended service life. New water heater installation was uneventful and brought up to code. Workmanship was very good. Dan C. also provided pre-installation information when an electric water heater needs to be installed. The paperless administrative work went fairly well and received the invoice by email. This is the second water heater installation done by Dan C. and consider him highly reliable to do the work needed. Overall, would highly recommend Water Heaters Only.
