Fareed did a wonderful job not only diagnosing that my water heater's issue, but explained me how to do proper maintenance on it, he shown absolute professionalism and left no stone unturned while keeping it at a more than fair price! It started because out old water heater had to be shut off by PG&E because there was a risk of explosion, Fareed did everything step by step to try to figure out what the core problem is. He tried to keep the cost as minimal as possible, until we found out our entire old heater has been contaminated and we needed to replace it. The new one is much higher quality than the old one we have, and he replaced all the pipes! The water heater installation went by smoothly and I will recommend him to anyone who has to have their water heater fixed! He did such an amazing job.

Their pricing was very competitive, they were easy to work with, and communication was clear and consistent from start to finish.They also replaced a toilet for me. Fareed with Waves Plumbing and Heating did an outstanding job. He took the time and care to properly fix a water leak and replace 2 faucets, as well as a shower head. One of the replacements was a job that several other plumbers in prior years, said could not be done. Fareed demonstrated impeccable attention to detail and absolute professionalism while working in my home. I can honestly say that this man takes pride in his craft and it shows. His customer service IQ is off the chart, professional, polite, charismatic, respectful, cleaned after himself thoroughly before his departure.
