We Can Do It plumbing installed the Moen automatic shutoff valve at both mine and my son's houses. The work was scheduled within a week, the team of Lauren "Carbo" the owner and Lily arrived as scheduled and were friendly, professional knowledgeable and efficient, the work was completed by Lily in a timely fashion, was neat and orderly, and the valves are functioning as expected. The price wsa reasonable given the extensive plumbing redo that was involved. They are highly recommended.
Carbo and Lily did a fantastic job replacing our sewage ejector pumps. Carbo did a very thorough investigation of the issue. They laid out the options clearly. There was no pressure to go for the more expensive options. Carbo and Lily were incredibly professional and courteous. Highest recommendations! You can’t go wrong using them for any plumbing issues.
I called several plumbers on a Sunday afternoon after inadvertently breaking the water supply line in my front yard. They were the first company to show up. All of the digging work and prep I had already did, all was need was to cut a 1ft section of the pipe and replace that section. The actual work took 15 minutes and the entire visit was 35 minutes. They told me that they charge $300/hr + parts and the cost would be up to $500. Well they basically just charged me the max that was quoted. I’m not mad, the plumber who did the work Lily was pleasant and helpful. However, I do feel like I was overcharged for the actual task that was completed. And I would have given this review if they hadn’t text me 3 times asking me to offer a review.
Carbo is a top-notch, honest, reliable, and capable plumber. In addition to that, Carbo is a good communicator and gave practical advice on what needed to be upgraded immediately and what could wait. We didn't feel upsold and left feeling like we had a plan in place, and plan to go with them in the future.
