West Coast Plumbing is a 10/10!! We had one of those “drop everything” plumbing emergencies on a late Tuesday night. After calling two other plumbing companies who did not respond, WC took our call! They were calm, helpful, and reassuring. They sent Chase (Owner of the company) to our house promptly. I was impressed the owner came out to assess and he was nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation feel completely manageable! I’m so grateful we called this company. The whole experience felt seamless. The next day technician Anthony and Nate showed up at our house to fix the major issue. They were nothing but professional, friendly, respectful of our home and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how they were going to fix it. They kept a clean job site, dressed very professionally and worked hard. This company is top notch! You can tell they’ve been doing this for years— and being a local mom and pop, their experience and confidence really showed. It feels good to support local! It’s not often you find a company that combines quick response, genuine customer care, and real expertise, but this team absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and will definitely be recommending them to friends and neighbors!
Anthony explained the issue completely and not only was the overflow in my bathtub leaking but the pipe was too high and the seals where destroyed because of the builders did not do there job correctly. Anthony fix my issue and installed a new p trap and overflow for my bathtub not to leak into my garage ceiling. Finally a headache fixed for good. Very knowledgeable honest and reasonably priced. He completed the job quickly. Awesome job. I would give him and the company 10 stars. I will definitely hire them again for any future plumbing issues.
Ross did a great job installing my new water heater. Bang on time for my appointment was happy to explain what he was doing and took care to make sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible making sure I had running water for all but just a few minutes and that I had hot water shortly after the job was finished. Would absolutely consider West Coast Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.
Our experience with West Coast Plumbing was nothing short of " Excellent". As an older fellow , I appreciate folks who mean what they say and Chase and his entire crew are those kind of folks. They love plumbing and are really good at it. We had a drainage issue that was challenging but WCP were up to the major task and got it done. From the start my wife and I were totally impressed
Joey H. from West Coast was awesome. Actually, everyone who came out (Nathen, Zac, Nate, Michael, and Chase) were great. We had a major leak at 1:30AM on a Sunday. I was able to (mostly) shut off the main water valve (it was old, and didn't close completely) and called them that night. I figured I would just be leaving a message (this late on a Saturday night?), but instead I got a live person who took my details and told me they would be in touch the next day. While we cleaned everything up as best we could, West Coast came out later on Sunday morning to take a look. Fortunately, they were able to get the water shut off completely. Unfortunately, this was in a very old house with very bad pipes, and there was no way to repair this single breaking point while guaranteeing the system wouldn't break at the next weakest point the very next day. We new we were going to have to replace the pipes in this house eventually, and while it sucked to be forced into the decision to mover forward by unfortunate circumstances (we'd already had one small leak in a different part of the house), the team at West Coast got us a good quote, and now we're fully back up and running, with copper pipes and a remote emergency shut off valve. Joey lead the installation, and it felt like there was nothing he hadn't seen before. While I recommend you inspect your pipes and start saving for a "rainy" day, I'd definitely recommend West Coast for when that day comes.
