Paul Guitierrez was very professional. He showed up on time for the estimate. He gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to install the automatic water shut-off valve required by our home insurance. On the day of the service, Paul again showed up on the earlier side of the 2-hour time frame, and proceeded to do the work, quickly but with care, and cleaning up as he worked. He was friendly, and professional, and I highly recommend him. Out of more than a dozen plumbers, he was one of the few who texted/returned my call within the day, and he did it within an hour. Thanks to Paul, I no longer have to stress over this insurance requirement. He also cleared a very stubborn clog in the bathroom and replaced a kitchen faucet. I had an issue with my AO Smith hybrid water heater with foul smelling odor coming from faucets when I used hot water in my home. Reached out to Paul, who's the owner, and got a call back in an hour. Scheduled a time for him to come and provide a quote. He came and informed me it was a bad anode rod and tank needs to be flushed. Hired Whistle Plumbing to do the work.
