Yorkshire Plumbing & Drain Services is a family-owned and operated plumbing company proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout Sonoma County. Founded in 2023 by Gareth and Emily Adams, the company was built around a simple set of values: honesty, reliability, quality workmanship, and treating every customer’s home with respect.
Originally from Yorkshire, England, Gareth brings more than 20 years of construction experience and over a decade of residential service plumbing experience to the business.
We provide a full range of plumbing and drain services, including plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer repairs, water heater installation and repair, leak detection, gas piping, and water service replacements.
Our goal is to make plumbing problems as straightforward and stress-free as possible through clear communication, upfront options, dependable service, and work we’re proud to stand behind.

Our story
Yorkshire Plumbing & Drain Services was founded in 2023 by Gareth and Emily Adams with a simple goal: to provide dependable, honest plumbing service that local homeowners can feel confident calling.
Originally from Yorkshire, England, Gareth brought more than two decades of construction experience and over a decade of service plumbing experience to the business. After moving to California and working for several local plumbing companies, he saw an opportunity to build a company around the values that mattered most to him: quality workmanship, clear communication, reliability, and treating customers’ homes with respect.
As a family-owned and operated business, Yorkshire Plumbing has grown by focusing on doing things the right way rather than simply doing as many jobs as possible. We believe customers should understand what is happening in their home, know their options, and feel comfortable with the work being recommended.
From everyday plumbing repairs to drain cleaning, water heaters, sewer work, and larger plumbing projects, our goal has always been the same: show up when we say we will, provide quality work, communicate clearly, and build relationships with our customers that last.

Service was prompt and friendly, and they did a great job. They were able to fit us in the day after I called, and got the job done quickly and well! Also, I am immunocompromised and have to ask folks who are working in my house to wear an n95; the technician was happy to do so and wore it correctly - I'm including this information for other cc/immunocompromised folks. I called after our water line got broken while working in the yard. They were quick to arrive. Went over my options to repair and gave me a beyond reasonable quote. I had attempted some plumbing work that left me with leaks and the need for a professional for an assessment and repair. Gareth was efficient, kind, and explained the problem and what needed to be done. After taking a look he was able to give me an estimate before starting the work. He had everything he needed to complete the project in his van. He was respectful and I felt safe having him in my home.
