Zaya did a great job fixing two leaks that I had-- one in the shower and one related to the washing machine. He was very responsive when I contacted him initially, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Zaya is a good communicator and he kept me updated on the status of my job as he was working on it. I live in a San Francisco house that's over 100 years old, so some of these home repairs can be tricky. Zaya was very patient and diligent about fixing the problem. I was happy with the work and I thought his fee was reasonable. I'm happy to know a dependable plumber that I can call in the future.
I’ve been working with Zaya for a long time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and service he provides. He is always responsive, professional, punctual, and very fair with his pricing. It’s rare to find someone who is both reliable and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend working with Zaya if you’re in need of a plumber. You’ll be in great hands.
Zaya came highly recommended by the staff at my building. He is honest, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He was available on short notice, repaired the problem quickly, and gave some advice on other plumbing questions I had. He will definitely be my go-to plumber in the future!
We had a clogged kitchen sink and got a ridiculously high price for the service. A neighbor of ours recommended Zaya and they immediately returned my text and technician contacted us that day and gave us a reasonable time frame saying tomorrow morning but he’d let us know if he could fit us in today and he was able to and the price was reasonable. They are now our go to plumbers.
You left dirty water or residue in the tub and I had to clean it up. Not okay. You didn’t even say anything about it. I just got my tub reglazed. Typically any dirty water goes in the toilet. Also you asked for payment PRIOR to telling me that the place needed additional work on it. Once you got the payment then you wanted another job out of it. Unethical
