Able Roofing replaced our 20-year old roof the summer of 2020. Since then, we've called them several times over the years to address small leaks. Jon the owner has ALWAYS responded within hours, often minutes (just checked my texting history with him). Given one is usually reaching out when there is a downpour, its exemplary. They were just here for the most recent downpour and are attending to the matter in their customary prompt and efficient way. Another example: There was a very rare (and unexpected) overnight summer rainstorm when the roof was replaced and Jon and crew showed up in the middle of the night to cover their work as needed. A real conscientiousness towards the work. The crew was great, worked very clean and efficiently (they worked hand in hand with a skylight installer). In nearly all cases, our "leaks" were not about the quality of work but a function of anomalies in our roof (both flat "tar and gravel" and "pitched composite" with lots of angles, nooks and crannies) that required careful attention / maintenance on our part and some minor tweaks by Able to address the anomalies.
