I am an architect and real estate broker. I have worked with many different roofers over years. I have not been happy with the roofers I worked with before. Then I found Augilar roofing company and decided to ask for an cost estimate. Ubaldo Aguilar came over for an estimate and asked him how to fix my roof leaks. He went up to the roof and told me what he had to, and he told me other roof problems that I should consider repairing at the same time. Obviously I knew those problems as well. But was afraid that it will be cost too much and told him to give me an cost estimate to see if I can afford all the work necessary to make my entire roof in good condition. One day after he came out, he sent me an detailed cost estimate with all the work he will perform for my roof. His cost estimate was so reasonable that I told him to include the work. He came with his employees and worked tirelessly for the next 2 days and removed all dry rotted portions of plywood roofing, wood rafters and roof felt papers and metal flashing and remove and replace all broken roof tiles on the entire roof. I was watching their work from the beginning to the end. I have been inspecting construction work all my life. So I know when a contractor does great job or not. All I can say is, Agular roofing staff did an excellent job to the end. They made sure everything was clean when they were done. They were excellent from A to Z. Very reasonable price. Friendly. I am a realtor, and had a client use Aguilar for a new roof before close of escrow. Great job and reasonable price. I referred them for inspection and repair on a couple other properties, with great result. Then I needed a new roof on my home. It is GREAT! I had them replace an old skylight, and add two new Solar Tubes. Wow so much brighter inside now. Very happy to keep referring Aguilar roofing.
We purchased a fixer upper that needed a new roof. Ubaldo and his team were fantastic! Ubaldo gave me an estimate the same day he came out to look at our roof. He answered all of my questions and communicated quickly when something unexpected came up. For example, most of the plywood was rotted from whomever roofed the house 30 years before. Ubaldo showed me photos and purchased supplies that day. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I would happily work with his company again and have already referred him to friends. I wish 10 stars were possible!
