Alexander Roofing Inc.

Tobi, Kevin and the Alexander Roofing team did an amazing job on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results and the pricing was great! From the initial consultation, to the final walkthrough, the team was communicative, professional, and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions, kept us updated throughout the project. The crew was hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. Our new roof looks fantastic, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

We had a great experience working with Melvin and his crew at Alexander Roofing. They were good communicators, did timely work, and gave us a fair price. It was a very easy and efficient process to get a new roof with them.

Melvin and his team are fantastic to work with! I am a local realtor and have regular need for an excellent roofer! Not only has Alexander Roofing done work for many of my clients, we have used him on our own home and several family members. Melvin is very soft spoken but knows his business. He is great for repairs, full roof replacement, and gutter work. I can't thank him enough for being a great part of my referral team.

My house roof needed to be replaced, and I spent a couple of weeks looking for someone trustworthy. I received a few recommendations and made some calls. Several roofers came by to give estimates, three were fairly close in price, while the fourth was way out of our budget. The next day, I saw my chiropractor and asked if she could recommend anyone. She suggested Alexander Roofing in Redwood City. I called and spoke with Melvin, who came by the following day to look at the work. He took pictures, did measurements, and provided an estimate right away, along with a clear timeline for completion. The customer service was excellent, no time wasted. His price was by far the most honest and reasonable, and his team finished the job exactly on time. What impressed me most about Alexander Roofing was their customer service, strong work ethic, and how immaculate they kept the work area, cleaning up at the end of each day. I highly recommend them for roof repair or replacement. They are professional, reliable, and will work with you to get the job done right.

We had copper gutters installed by Melvin’s team. Excellent communication and response time. Very quick install, very detail-oriented crew. Melvin was very patient in showing me options and listing detailed pros and cons of each. He doesn’t sway you in any particular direction, just wants to inform you enough so you can make the best decision for your unique home. However, he does have opinions that he is willing to share if you ask. That’s exactly what I was looking for in a contractor: someone who gives you all the information but also has their own thoughts. He is also very transparent in pricing. One thing that I truly do appreciate and want to call out is when Melvin was showing me gutter cover options, I expressed liking one option’s style but material wasn’t suitable for copper gutters— Melvin went out of his way to talk to his supplier about the same style but in copper. For his team, they do a quick and great job. I am amazed at their teamwork and efficiency. They really don’t waste time. They are good at communicating but Melvin handles most of the overall communications and customer needs. Would recommend Alexander Roofing and will continue to use their services. I wish I had found them sooner. :)
