Shaun was especially helpful, and the support we received made the whole process much easier. In the end, the crew came out and hand sealed every shingle to permanently correct the problem and improve the roof’s durability. They truly stood behind their workmanship, communicated clearly, and treated us with patience and respect from start to finish. It meant a lot to work with a roofing team that takes responsibility, helps customers through difficult situations, and makes sure the roof is protected for the long term.
