After working with three other roofing companies, I found out about American Cool Construction (ACC). Having a Marketing Background, the first thing I look at when I am on the customer side of things is Customer Service. America Cool Construction met my expectations (which are pretty high) in regards to customer service. Each person I spoke to at ACC were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. The number one rule of customer service is to never set an expectation that you cannot meet. This is the best way to disappoint a customer. ACC passed this metric with flying colors. Now in regards to quality, ACC is GAF certified and I would never put anything else on my roof. The actual construction workers were very knowledgeable about the GAF technology and answered all of my questions completely (I am the curious type and I love to learn). The workmanship was first class and there were no corners skipped. The city inspectors ran a little late so the work had to stop on the second day, however on the third day the crew was able to complete the job. Now onto the value for the money, ACC was quite competitive and were able to give me a price which was well under my budgeted amount. And in today's economy, this is monumental. Do yourselves a favor and start with ACC and forget about the rest. Unless, you like playing games, being disappointed and being overcharged. I don't!
The owner David and the complete crew were honest, efficient and left my place very clean. They are by far the most competive in pricing while not sacrificing craftsmanship and use only the best materials. David took my calls all the time and made sure all of my questions were answered. Roof was replaced in 2 days and work is guaranteed for 25 years! Gutters cleaned and addditional trash bags that I had from a basement clean out were hauled away at no charge! I would recommend David and his company to anyone!
Great value for the quality you get. We did a roof replacement along with some siding repairs and everything came out clean and solid. Pricing was fair compared to other bids and there were no surprise costs. The crew worked efficiently and finished on schedule. Very satisfied with the overall experience.
