How do I even start. Astounding is the best construction company I've worked with in the bay. I started my project with needing some foundation support, talked to multiple project managers, and decided to work with Isidor because how reliable and easy to work he seems. He gave a very fair price and at the same time very thoroughly explained things to me. When the project started it turns out I made the best decision to work with them. Their workers are professional, have great attention to details, does A+ level work, Isidor has been great with communication and super easy to work with. I ended up giving them more and more work, including rebuilding two decks, painting exterior of the house, and renovating my interior, I ended up referring them to multiple friends because I love their work so much. What a pleasure to get to work with them!!

Astounding Construction came to me by referral. After receiving different quotes, my family decided to go with them for a new roof replacement. They’re decently priced but a little more than my lowest quote. When I saw their work on instagram and Google, I liked how good their work looked so I decided to go with them instead. In the beginning, there were a few concerns through miscommunication but the project manager Vanessa walked me through the work in progress. She explained details of what the team was doing and why it was necessary to be done. I admit I was scared it was leading to higher costs but it wasn’t the case. If you voice your concerns, she gives you reassurance and takes pride in the work they provide to their customers. Although I hoped for a new flashing around the chimney, the project manager confirmed there was an existing one already under some white looking plaster my dad may have put on. We had a bad leak around that area causing mold. They did not want to disturb the chimney so they added silicone and painted the white plaster material to black to have it blend in more with my roof shingles. They said it shouldn’t leak and told me if it does, they’ll come out to fix it. I’ll definitely keep an eye on this when the rain starts falling again. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work. I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors. The inspection guy said it looked good on top and from the street. Hello! I was so thrilled when Astounding Construction I came by and gave me a free estimate. I had contacted a few companies in the Bay Area, but it was really tough to get them to come over and give me a quote. I was super pleased with how fast they got back to me and answered all my questions. In the end, I decided to go with them for the retaining wall, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Sid and his team did an outstanding job replacing our deck! From start to finish, their communication was excellent — we always knew what to expect and when. I received bi-daily text messages updating me on progress. He showed up at least twice a day to make sure the team was on task. The project was very reasonably priced (I had several bids), and the crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners. A few minor changes needed to happen throughout the project, but they kept the price the same, which we really appreciated. I was especially impressed with how meticulous they were about cleaning up at the end of each day, leaving the area neat and safe. The finished deck looks fantastic, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. My neighbor just booked a project with them after seeing the finished product. I would highly recommend Sid and his team to anyone looking for quality, efficient, professional and personable construction work.

Very professional and timely. I've gotten lower bids, but upon recommendations I went with them and was more than satisfied with the finished project. They went above what was expected and cleaned up daily and then completely when done.
