Hmmmm, this seems to be a roofing answering service that vets phone calls to different roofers. which is fine I guess? But the person answering the phone used a different company name when she answered and also asked what state I lived in when I told her my address. The web site states emergency repairs, etc...all roofing needs type thing, but when the person on the line was helping me she said they don't do repair only full replacement, and I need to tell the insurance company I want it fully replaced, which I will do, but when she transferred me to the actual person to do the work, he said they will charge me 1000$ and if I decide to use them then they will put the amount toward the balance of the costs. Also, I thought the website said free estimates?? Plus many of the reviews seem rather generic now when I re read them. Not sure about this place

This company has an experienced manager with good interpersonal skills! He was extremely polite and professional as well as friendly. He set up our slate roof repair accordingly.

This is the best roofing company in the city, and I'll happily recommend them. They were super helpful when they were working for me and I really appreciate their excellent work ethic.
