While searching for local roofers to replace my old leaky roof, I came across Beck Roofing, and I’m so glad I did. What impressed me right away was that they’re a family-owned business with a reputation for professionalism. They replied quickly to my inquiry and provided excellent service from start to finish. The team (Charlie, Brian, Mary, Katherine) was courteous, professional, and clear in their communication. They sent a timely and reasonable proposal and never pressured us when it came to selecting colors or materials. Billing and payment were simple, and they were flexible in scheduling the installation around our availability. Everyone I interacted with was great to speak with and genuinely helpful—even providing referrals for other home repairs. What I expected to be an expensive, complicated project turned out to be smooth, straightforward, and stress-free thanks to Beck Roofing. With all the crows pecking at our roof, and a few shingles falling to the ground, we decided it was time for a roof inspection. We had two companies come out to give us an estimate, and both came in suggesting the same repairs at the same price. I chose Beck based on their excellent customer service. They were very friendly, returned my phone calls promptly, and came when they said they would. Given that I did not climb up onto the roof myself either before or after, I can't say for sure that they did what they said, but I can say that after two months of a lot of heavy winter rain, we have no sign of any leaks. I would definitely recommend this roofing company.

When we bought our house four years ago, we were told the roof was in "good shape!" The first year, no leaks were seen. Second year, the dining room leaked. Third year, it was the living room! We had a friend come over and patch it up, and it was good for another year! When I mentioned to a friend that I thought we were pushing our luck with this old, ugly roof, she recommended Becks! I called them on a Friday, and Charlie Beck came out the following Monday! Based on my friends recommendation and the very reasonable estimate, we decided to go with Becks. Brain Beck was the lead man on the job. He and his guys worked very hard, taking not two, not three, but four layers of shingles off our roof! It's a wonder our roof hadn't caved in! Needless to say, our roof looks beautiful. And there was no extra charge for the extra work that had to be done! I would highly recommend them!!

After doing a lot of online research, I contacted Beck Roofing for an estimate on 1) repairing an area of our roof that was leaking and (2) estimate to replace the whole roof. After receiving the estimates, I chose to have the entire roof replaced. Brian delivered a story-board that had shingle and gutter samples. We picked what we wanted and placed the order. We had to wait a few weeks for work to start due to rain, but afterwards, when there was a week of sunshine, we agreed to let the work begin. There was a gaggle of men that came out for the 'demolition' of the old roof. It was a sight to see! My spouse and I watched them take off the old roofing material in no time and at the same time, get the new shingles on the rooftop for the next step. A day or two later, one guy come over to begin shingling the roof, but before he started that project, we asked that they replace any rotting, rotten boards, which he did. It cost extra, which I expected; not a problem. I thought there would be at least 2 - 3 persons working on the project and it took a tad longer than I expected. The guy that did the work was very nice and worked all day. He did such a good job, I didn't mind not having extra workers. The only delta I have: I asked Brian for a written schedule of events with proposed timelines. Instead, he would text me with a quick note. I am a linear person and when I ask specifically for something that is what I want. The roof looks good. It has rained several times since the installation and we are satisfied with the work. Beck Roofing is a solid family business. I checked with the BBB and the state for their license; they had no claims or adjustments made against them and to me, that means I got a fair deal. I highly recommend Beck Roofing because they provide actual roof samples and a color pallet for the guttering. They mailed us two very nice cards, hand-signed (not digitized) signatures, thanking us for our business. It has been my experience that almost no company or business does that any longer. They are professional, a family business and have a great crew of workers.

My roof was 30 plus years old with hidden structural problems .The Beck `s price was not the lowest I found but close. I went with them because of their reputation around town. When the old roof was removed and the problems evident, Beck`s gave me a fair price for repairs. After they had completed the roof they cleaned up very well around the house except some bits and pieces buried in bushes. Also I had some drainage problems with the new gutters which they took care of within a week.
