Patrick Wharton, owner of Better Building Repairs, did an absolutely AMAZING job on remodeling our two bathrooms in the last year. We liked his work so much we then hired him to remodel our kitchen which was recently completed. Patrick is very experienced with over 25 years as a general contractor. He does not even need to advertise any more since he gets almost all his jobs by word-of-mouth recommendations from very satisfied customers such as us. Not only is he very qualified and knowledgeable, I could not possibly ask for a more passionate and enthusiastic contractor to enter my home. His team always showed up on time, did quality work, cleaned up well after each day's activities and really listened to our concerns and questions. He was EXTREMELY responsive in coming out again very quickly to fix any minor problems or issues after the job was completed. As a homeowner for over 30 years, I believe I had the best experience with Patrick and Better Building Repairs than compared to any other contractor I've hired. His estimates are competitive as well in terms of cost. He is the best!
Patrick and his team were very swift , thorough and finished my bathroom according to our vision and taste! Definitely recommend them for any remodelling for a great experience and very good value for money, compared to so many exaggerated quotes we got from other contractors in the area. They even recommended various shower walls and bathroom cabinets suppliers in the area which helped us save a lot of money.
