I had very good experience with Bill Hamilton Roofing, starting initial inteface and signing contract with Kelly, who was easy to interface and extremely prompt. During the project phase, Brandon kept me well updated, and Bill Hamilton team took good care of city permit and approvals. Everthing went very smoothly.
Not acceptable! Just because you have a big fat giant truck expensive as all heck does not give you the right to take up handicap parking spaces. If this person is taking Short cuts like this — Makes people wonder the quality of work this person does.
The roof has been leaking during the rain for two years. I had numerous complaints and conversations with Bill. He did manage to send someone to inspect and agreed to do further test to detect the leaking point. But it never happened regardless of how many times I texted him and called afterwards. He totally ignored. Super frustrating!
We did a rerfoof in May 2017 and I am very glad I went with Bill Hamilton Roofing. The work is excellent. Our roof was complex and steep. Many roofers declined to even bid on the work. Bill Hamilton Roofing took on the job with confidence and did a nice job. By the way now and then you will see reviews of roofers that talk about project delays. I am THRILLED that Bill Hamilton Roofing would not schedule my re-roof until the weather was just right. I'd rather look at an old roof for a week than have it raining on my plywood.
Very good roofer! Leon inspected our roof, found it in fine condition, and made no recommendations for repairs. They have repaired other roofs for us before, and their work is good, and their prices are better than other estimates by far.
