Start to finish in one day. I honestly didn't think that was possible for a full roof replacement but they made it happen. Other contractors I talked to just walked around, looked up at the roof from the ground, and gave me a number. Bismark Roofing actually got on the roof and did a thorough inspection. Even my picky mother-in-law approved. That's saying something.
We have a 1921 Chicago Bungalow with a red French Tile roof that is over 100 years old (well, parts of it are - and parts or much newer). We've used Bismark Roofing for minor repairs and work on it and have been very satisfied with their price and workmanship. We also used them to re-roof our garage and to make some repairs to the fascia of our roof dormers where the tiles overhang. We are also very satisfied with that work. I definitely recommend, especially if you have a tile roof, which I understand Ross Bismark really likes to work on.
